Walk-ins may not be available, as services are provided by appointment. -Appointment and Cancellation Policy Appointments are required so I can give each client my full attention. • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 40% fee of the scheduled service. • Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the same 40% fee.
